Founder & CEO
Kirk Mannor, founded American Roofing & Waterproofing in 2019. Working in the large-scale roofing industry for more than 20 years, he developed a desire to deliver quality craftsmanship with integrity and honesty.
Kirk has a proven track record specializing in the commercial, multi-family, and residential industry. Kirk utilized his strengths and experience to form American Roofing & Waterproofing to become a successful entrepreneur in the industry.
Kirk has worked with some of the largest roofing companies in Arizona and the southwest region, and leans on decades of industry experience and relationships to help guide the company to Go Over The Top.
Donna Close
Business Development & Client Relations Manager
Donna is a dynamic people person who has lived and breathed the commercial and multifamily real estate market in the state of Arizona for more than 20 years. Part of the cornerstones of the company, she is currently charged with cultivating new strategic partnerships, maintaining customer satisfaction as well as engaging with the public on boards, causes and associations such as the Arizona Multifamily Association and its community outreach program Project S.A.F.E., the Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation Big Hearts Phoenix, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Phoenix and the Arizona Association of Community Managers.
Before joining American Roofing & Waterproofing, Donna served as a regional asset and property manager for more than 20 years in the commercial and multifamily lines of business, where she oversaw construction and maintenance projects and staff as well as annual budgets.
