Property Manager at lux North Scottsdale community shares her experience with American Roofing & Waterproofing
In December of 2021, Sunshine Ellis, property manager at Kota North Scottsdale, came to American Roofing & Waterproofing for a multimillion-dollar project that included the replacement of over 40 multi-family unit roofs. Built in 1998, the apartment complex spans over two acres and is home to 736 apartments – all with roofs that had never been updated or replaced.
Throughout the construction process, Sunshine shared that she was impressed by the communication she received from American Roofing & Waterproofing.
“The communication from them was number one for me from the beginning,” Sunshine said. “I have dealt with three other companies in the last four years, and nothing against them, but the communication – follow ups, follow through and daily emails – were all very minimal.”
The property manager noted that she also experienced customer service as a priority from the team.
“I was also blown away by the customer service and the follow through,” Sunshine said. “They let me know what they were going to do on what day they were just phenomenal. They’re one of the best companies I’ve worked with in my career in property management over many years.”
From the time the crew started this large multifamily project to the time they finished, this roofing process took just under six months to fully complete.
“Watching a company grow from something very small to where they can complete a multimillion-dollar job really says a lot about them knowing they can grow and do so much as a family-owned business is incredible.”
When asked if she would recommend the Arizona local roofing company to others, Sunshine shared the following.
“Yes, absolutely. Every person I dealt with was very professional,” she said. “Every phone call conversation, follow up, whatever it may be; the communication was the best customer service I’ve ever received.”
