Can you match the tile my HOA requires?

Usually, yes — including profiles that are no longer manufactured. We salvage and reuse existing tile where the field is sound, source discontinued profiles through tile yards that stock reclaimed stock, and where a run genuinely cannot be matched we relocate original tile to the street-facing elevations and place the replacements where they are not visible. We will tell you before work starts which approach your roof needs.

Do you handle roofs on hillside lots with limited access?

Yes, and access is worth discussing before the quote rather than after. Steep driveways and tight lots in the foothills affect how material reaches the roof and where a dumpster can sit, which is exactly the kind of detail that turns into a surprise charge with contractors who did not look properly the first time.
