Minor Repairs

Ideal for:
- Small membrane cuts
- Broken/slipped tiles
- Minor stucco cracks near penetrations and wear areas
- Details:
  - Repairs are completed with elastomeric or silver coating for durability.

Moderate Repairs

Covers:
- Up to 100 sq. ft. (e.g., 10’ x 10’ areas on BUR, tile, shingle, or coated roofs)
- Drainage areas, ponding spots, tile valleys/J-pans, or wind damage repairs
- Details:
  - Includes full underlayment and batten replacement in all tile repair areas.

Large Repairs

Covers:
- Up to 300–500 sq. ft., including areas such as:
- Larger drainage zones
- Expanded tile valleys/J-pans
- Repairs around AC units
- Foam repairs (with foam pack) and underlayment/batten replacement as needed.

Quality Assurance

Water Testing: If leaks persist after a repair, we will conduct a water test to confirm resolution.
