Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) is the statewide trade association for the apartment industry. The AMA represents more than 2,000 members in legislative, legal and regulatory matters. Its goals are to represent ethical housing providers; provide a number of resources that enhance the general welfare and economic health of its members; and cultivate opportunities for quality rental housing in Arizona. An AMA membership means advocacy for the protection of the members’ rights at all levels of government. The AMA offers education classes year-round and has annual events that help build relationships with industry leaders and decision makers.
Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA) is a residential construction and development trade association that acts as a source of timely and reliable information regarding the state of the local building industry. The HBACA works to eliminate overly restrictive and costly building laws and regulations that influence the cost of housing. Being a member of the HBACA means we have a team of people lobbying for us to ensure housing remains a top priority during the formation of national policy.
Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Arizona Chapter (NAIOP) is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of various real estate types. It provides advocacy, education and business opportunities by connecting members in the commercial real estate development and investment industry with one another. The national NAIOP provides its members with a wide range of networking opportunities all across North America. The local chapter offers relationships built from common goals allowing for educational resources to be shared and strategic alliances to be formed in the market.
Building Owners and Managers Association has been the leading trade association for commercial real estate professionals for more than 100 years. It represents owners, managers, service providers and other property professionals in a variety of commercial building types. As a member of BOMA, we can build valuable connections with others in the industry as well as gain access to industry-leading education to help maximize our performance.
Arizona Roofing Contractors Association is a trade association consisting of residential and commercial roofing contractors and roofing-related manufacturers, suppliers and service providers. The ARCA aims to build consumer confidence; foster constructive and progressive legislation; and exert a beneficial influence in the industry in the state. The ARCA provides a number of resources to its members such as safety trainings and networking seminars. It also advocates for Arizona contractors to ensure their success, and lists its members as qualified roofing contractors.
Being part of these organizations and associations means American Roofing & Waterproofing has advocates working to help protect and improve the roofing industry. A few of these organizations provide training and education that can help foster safer working conditions and increase awareness of industry-related topics that affect all roofing contractors.
